Prior to co-founding Sphere Development, Gregory was a Senior Leasing Representative. At this position, he oversaw the “Big Box” division, which leased space to retail tenants requiring 20,000 square feet or more of space. Gregory also has experience as a Senior Real Estate Counsel and remained in that position for 2 years. Gregory earned a Juris Doctorate, with honors, from Quinnipiac University and a BS in economics from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
Kurt F. Wendler - Managing Partner

Prior to co-founding Sphere Development, Kurt was a Big Box Leasing Representative. Kurt joined his former employer as a Senior Financial Officer. His group was responsible for financing malls, managing cash flows, and advising the company owners. Kurt is a CPA in the State of New York and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Kurt earned his BA in Accounting from Canisius College.

Prior to forming Patriot Enterprises of New York, a full service construction management firm of retail properties, Tom was a Director of Business Development for TWG Construction Company, Inc., a subsidiary of The Widewaters Group. Tom also has extensive project management and development experience with The Edgewater Companies. Tom is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of New York. Tom earned his BS in Environmental and Resource Engineering from SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry at Syracuse University. |

Craig Hansen - Development & Construction Partner

Prior to forming Patriot Enterprises of New York, a full service construction management firm of retail properties, Craig was a Senior Project Manager for TWG Construction Company, Inc., a subsidiary of The Widewaters Group. Craig was also a Project Superintendent for Benderson Development prior to joining TWG. Craig earned his BS in Construction Management from Syracuse University, Utica College.

Prior to forming Patriot Enterprises of New York, a full service construction management firm of retail properties, Gregory was a Senior Cost Estimator for TWG Construction Company, Inc., a subsidiary of The Widewaters Group. His group was responsible for managing the competitive bidding process for its clients and conducting estimates for potential developments and design build proposals. Gregory is a member of the American Society of Professional Estimators. Gregory earned his BS in Business Administration and Economics from SUNY College at Oswego.
John A. Zajac - President of Business Development

John was successful at establishing new relationships with A|X Armani Exchange, Sephora, Benetton, Esprit, Tommy Hilfiger, Estee Lauder Companies and Starbucks. Before moving to leasing, John was responsible for all market research and demographic analysis. John earned his BS in Finance from Syracuse University. |
